As well as brokering and managing modern real estate, Walt has also overseen historic restorations, such as the 1815 Jonathan and Hannah Noble Log Home, the Franklinton 1897 Log Post Office, and the Adena Court Apartments.

Walt also has a personal interest in the environment, having grown up working in his family's nursery and landscape construction business. He has built wetlands, aided the National Academy of Sciences, started Topsoil Direct (the Reiner Realty topsoil business), and become a member of the Wheaton Club.

Walt is an experienced and qualified realtor, with a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Masters Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (known as Thunderbird). He also passed the state exams for both Residential and General Appraisal in 1991, and is a member of the FIABCI-Ohio Council of the International Real Estate Federation.

Terry comes to Reiner Realty with a variety of administrative and legal experience. She helps to manage the day-to-day operations of the company.

Lois Reiner

Lois is a co-owner and principal of Reiner Realty and Consultants, Inc. She manages various properties and accounts, and has been working with her husband, Walt, since they first opened in the early 1970s. She has years of experience in property sales, as well as retail.

Lois has a Masters degree in Education from The Ohio State University.

Walt is also the president of Turn Key Construction., Inc., a building and development company. Turn Key has years of experience in creating both residential and business subdivisions.

He is also a member of the Franklinton Board of Trade, and serves on the board of trustees for the Franklinton Historical Society and the Johnny Appleseed Foundation. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Military Hall of Fame For Valor, and also is a commissioner for the North Linden Area Commission, which is dedicated to assisting an impoverished and high crime area of Columbus. He is president of the North Linden/Northeast Columbus Business Association, a 501(c)(3) organization chartered to deal with urban crime, blight, and social issues.
